A 15-year-old illegal alien has been charged with murder over the fatal stabbing of a 32-year-old man in New York.
The stabbing took place early Friday morning in Mineola.

According to the Nassau County Police Department, officers were called to a home on Roosevelt Place at 12:30 a.m., where they found the victim stabbed in the abdomen.

The victim, who has not been publicly identified, was transported to a hospital where he died from the injuries.
 
The teenage suspect was arrested at the scene without incident.
 
He has now been charged with second-degree murder and ordered held without bail by a judge in the Youth Section of First District Court, according to a report from the New York Post.
