Trump Grants ICE Agents New Powers To Deal With Rioters

President Donald Trump announced Friday that he would be granting federal immigration officers increased powers to deal with far-left mobs that have been violently impeding immigration enforcement operations in California and other Democrat-controlled areas.

After surveying the damage from last week’s apocalyptic flooding in Central Texas, Trump commented on Thursday’s anti-ICE riots in Ventura, California. In what has become a common theme in certain areas of California, Seattle and elsewhere, a far-left mob surrounded agents as they conducted a raid on a marijuana farm in Camarillo.

The mob proceeded to clash with agents and pelt their vehicles with rocks, while at least one rioter fired several rounds from a handgun in their direction.

“I am on my way back from Texas, and watched in disbelief as THUGS were violently throwing rocks and bricks at ICE Officers while they were moving down a roadway in their car and/or official vehicle. Tremendous damage was done to these brand new vehicles,” the president posted on Truth Social. “I know for a fact that these Officers are having a hard time with allowing this to happen in that it shows such total disrespect for LAW AND ORDER.”

In response, the president directed White House border czar Tom Homan and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to authorize any federal officer who “is on the receiving end of thrown rocks, bricks, or any other form of assault, to stop their car, and arrest these SLIMEBALLS, using whatever means is necessary to do so.”

Destruction of Government property.

Federal Law:

    18 U.S. Code § 1361: makes it a federal crime to destroy or damage any property owned or controlled by the U.S. government.

Penalties can include fines and imprisonment, with the length of the sentence (up to 10 years) depending on the value of the damaged property.
This statute requires "specific intent," meaning the government must prove the defendant intentionally destroyed or damaged the property while knowing it was a crime

Breaking stuff that isn't yours is a crime most anywhere, whether or not it is effectively prosecuted. Time to end the chimp-outs.

State charges may apply, in areas where civilization still prevails.

I'll just point out that making federal/state law enforcement no go zones is how cartels thrive.

Give cartels a foot hold and they'll take it and expand far beyond those areas.

Let's not go third world regardless of what the third worlder's want. Remove and/or incarcerate them instead.
