Excerpt:
The far-left crowd in Portland has once again tested the limits of federal patience—and this time, they got a taste of what happens when the government finally responds.
For weeks now, anti-ICE agitators have been camped out across the street from a federal immigration facility in Portland, Oregon, harassing federal agents, vandalizing property, and disrupting the peace in a residential area. Local officials have done next to nothing, but federal agents had finally seen enough.
Good that federal police took action, 26 days with low arrests relative to those committing criminal acts (aka "largely peacefully protesting"). There's no learning with soft de-escalation.
Is it really that difficult to get them classified as domestic terrorists and arrest everyone standing around there on federal charges?
