Charles Leto, a 55-year-old lifeguard for the Chicago Park District, is now facing first-degree murder charges after opening fire on two Black teenagers near the Douglass Park pool Thursday night. One teen is dead. The other is fighting for his life.
Leto told police he acted in self-defense. According to early reports, he had a concealed carry license and claimed the teens attacked him and tried to steal his bike. That alone should matter—but in Lori Lightfoot’s Chicago, justice isn’t about facts. It’s about appeasing outrage mobs.
They never exhibit this thirst for justice when one of them shoots and murders one of their own, which they do multiple times daily. Only when a white kills one of them.
It's fraudulent outrage. It's all FAKE.
So these cops and da’s are saying he is guilty before any evidence and a trial? Something tells me they are hiding something. Video looks bad but it might be made to look bad.
