‘Big Balls’ resigns from gov’t after becoming DOGE legend

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) aide known as “Big Balls” has officially resigned.
Edward Coristine, who utilized the nickname “Big Balls” for his coding work, is no longer working with the department, according to The Hill.
“Coristine, a 19-year-old high school graduate, was privy to high-level meetings involving DOGE, the Treasury Department, Commerce Department, and military operations throughout his tenure at the newly formed digital agency,” the outlet reported.
A report from WIRED indicates Coristine just received full-time work at the General Services Administration (GSA) last month, but this month, “his Google Workspace account with the General Services Administration (GSA) was no longer active, according to a source with direct knowledge. His name also no longer appears on a White House contact list of current DOGE employees on the federal payroll maintained by a senior administration official, the official says.”
Despite his short government career, “Big Balls” had a major impact on the news cycle shortly after President Donald Trump was elected. In February, CNN was forced to report on the 19-year-old “government expert” live after his presence at DOGE made headlines.
