I have literally watched video after video of Americans not being able to afford their cancer treatments and new baby delivery costs

Yeah, it does. Americans have opened their wallets to programs like Doctors without Borders, and others to see to the medical needs of others. We even bring people here for medical treatments.

But to invade, contravening our laws, and demand services we ourselves often cannot afford is a load of crap.
