Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem hospitalized after allergic reaction

U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem was taken to the hospital on Tuesday after suffering an allergic reaction, according to a DHS spokesperson.

She was transported to the hospital out of an abundance of caution, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital.

It is unclear what triggered the event.

Noem is said to be alert and recovering.

Kristi Noem Rushed to Hospital After Allergic Reaction

Kristi Noem, the current United States Secretary of Homeland Security and former governor of South Dakota, was rushed to a hospital in Washington, DC, after suffering an allergic reaction, Breitbart News has learned.

Her office has not issued a statement, and it is not yet clear what triggered the reaction or what her current condition is.
