"No Kings" rallies will be held in cities across the country to protest President Donald Trump and his policies on his birthday, June 14.

Some of those protests were stunningly unsuccessful, especially in my neck of the woods, where bikers and police stood together across the street, armed, to remind the protesters to keep it civil.

Get ready for the Summer of Love 2.0. The June 14 "No Kings" rallies may become the latest case study in how the radical left weaponizes protests, manipulates media narratives and enables organized chaos under the guise of peaceful resistance. 

If you lived through the "Summer of Love" like I did in Seattle, watching as my city collapsed into lawlessness in 2020, you should already know the blueprint. It always starts with a supposedly nonviolent, grassroots rally, but ends with Antifa and anarchists in masks, wielding hammers, launching assaults and torching property. And the media? They’ll pretend they’re just "mostly peaceful."

The "No Kings" weekend protests are being staged by Indivisible and its partner organizations, including American Federation of Teachers, ACLU, Greenpeace and the Human Rights Campaign.

Indivisible, a faux grassroots group that’s been posing as a democracy-loving nonprofit since 2016, was created explicitly to resist Donald Trump’s presidency. Like so many of these far-left outfits, it’s backed by big money from progressive megadonors, including George Soros and his Open Society Foundations.

Indivisible, the progressive group of political agitators with chapters across the country, doesn’t want Americans enjoying Saturday’s Washington, D.C., parade celebrating the milestone 250th birthday of the U.S. Army. The group instead wants the spotlight firmly on their political agenda: anarchy.

Indivisible was behind the May 5 “Hands off” protests at many Tesla dealerships.

Saturday’s planned protest has a new theme, “No Kings.” It is a dog whistle that calls out Antifa, according to Kyle Shideler, director and senior analyst for homeland security and counterterrorism at the Center for Security Policy.

“No Gods, no kings,” or sometimes, “No Gods, no masters,” are common anarchist or anti-fascist slogans, Shideler told The Federalist.

Opinion: More anti-Trump protests? The left just can’t help itself.
 
Brace yourselves, Americans! Tomorrow we will see widespread leftist protests show their “resistance,” gathering in what they are calling a “No Kings Nationwide Day of Defiance” in cities across the land. 

Are they protesting high inflation? No, the rate of inflation is the lowest in four years. 
 
Are they objecting to rising unemployment? No, unemployment is holding steady at low levels.

Are they squawking about people flooding across our border illegally and driving wages lower? Not at all; President Trump has drastically reduced illegal immigration. Thanks to solid hiring, wages are growing faster than inflation, so real income is up. 

Are they protesting the failures of so many of our schools to educate our children – and especially minority children? Hardly; Randi Weingarten, head of the American Federation of Teachers, is one of the organizers of the protests. She will not draw attention to schools that are graduating illiterate students.

‘We have no kings!’

As Americans face a Saturday of organized anti-Trump protests, we’ll likely hear the refrain du jour: “No kings!”

Monday is the 250th anniversary of the Battle of Bunker Hill, when we really rebelled against “kings.”  Not hearing much mention of that.

Today is Flag Day, marking one of the first laws the Continental Congress passed: our flag design.  Guess what!  It was not red, white, and green with a cactus.

Yes, America has no “kings,” and we’re likely to hear a lot about the “imperial presidency.”  I guess that’s a perspectival flaw in U.S. history.

See, American history is usually seen through a British interpretive lens.  And in English history, the king generally got the best of things.  Yes, the barons forced his hand at Runnymeade with the Magna Carta.  But royal absolutism grew under the Tudors (the folks who told you what “church” you could go to — the one they invented) and especially the Stuarts.  By the 18th century, there were some checks on British royal power.  Nevertheless, George III was no Charles III in terms of a figurehead.

I just heard the anti-fur nuts are holding a big protest in one Pittsburgh neighborhood, and have assaulted an elderly woman. Apparently, the leftists decided to do all their protesting on the same day, to make LE's job more difficult.

As Americans face a Saturday of organized anti-Trump protests, we’ll likely hear the refrain du jour: “No kings!”

Monday is the 250th anniversary of the Battle of Bunker Hill, when we really rebelled against “kings.”  Not hearing much mention of that.

Today is Flag Day, marking one of the first laws the Continental Congress passed: our flag design.  Guess what!  It was not red, white, and green with a cactus.

Yes, America has no “kings,” and we’re likely to hear a lot about the “imperial presidency.”  I guess that’s a perspectival flaw in U.S. history.

See, American history is usually seen through a British interpretive lens.  And in English history, the king generally got the best of things.  Yes, the barons forced his hand at Runnymeade with the Magna Carta.  But royal absolutism grew under the Tudors (the folks who told you what “church” you could go to — the one they invented) and especially the Stuarts.  By the 18th century, there were some checks on British royal power.  Nevertheless, George III was no Charles III in terms of a figurehead.

All of the people declaring “no kings” were, just a few years ago, cheering and enthusiastically submitting as we were locked in our homes and forced to wear muzzles on our faces and compelled to inject experimental drugs into our bodies.

If they were 'dropped off', then someone paid for the freight, and someone bought the bricks. Follow the placer deposits to the motherlode. Prosecute the ones who set it up.
