Deported notorious migrant dubbed 'Maryland man' is on his way BACK to America from El Salvador prison

A man who was mistakenly deported by the Trump administration to El Salvador is returning to the US. 

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, 29, is set to make his return to face criminal charges for allegedly transporting undocumented migrants around the US, ABC News reported.

The Trump administration initially accepted it had made a mistake in deporting Abrego Garcia, a father-of-three who arrived in the US more than a decade ago.

A federal grand jury has indicted him over the charges, the outlet reported, alleging he participated in a years-long conspiracy to move migrants from Texas to the interior of the country. 

Sources told the outlet that amongst those allegedly transported were members of the infamous Salvadoran gang MS-13.

The conspiracy is said to have spanned nearly ten years and involved the transportation of thousands of migrants from Mexico and Central America.

Garcia was deported in March to El Salvador's CECOT mega-prison after the administration claimed he was a member of MS-13. Something he and his family have denied.

The investigation into the charges started after federal authorities started probing a 2022 traffic stop of Abrego Garcia by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, source said.

A Salvadoran national deported under President Trump is now on his way back to the United States as an accused criminal, according to court documents obtained by Fox News.

Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, 29, is charged in a sealed federal indictment out of Tennessee with conspiracy to unlawfully transport illegal aliens for financial gain and unlawful transportation of illegal aliens.

Abrego Garcia allegedly moved illegal immigrants from Texas to interior states, in what courts say was an organized operation stretching back years.

Children were among those allegedly trafficked. The indictment, filed under seal last month, includes two felony counts.

Fox News Digital obtained Tennessee Highway Patrol bodycam footage from a 2022 traffic stop where troopers pulled over Garcia for speeding. Inside his vehicle were eight other men, raising immediate suspicions. "He’s hauling these people for money," one trooper said.

Troopers found $1,400 in cash and flagged Garcia in the National Crime Information Center, which returned a gang/terrorism alert. ICE was called, but never showed up.

This development comes after controversy erupted in March when Abrego Garcia was deported to El Salvador, a move many politicians on the Left claimed was unjust.

I remind everyone here, that respect for the common law conception of due process inherited from the common law of England, which the Founders saw fit to enshrine in the Constitution, rather than simply allowing it be part of the common law of the United States, is one of the reasons America was great in the first place. 

Everyone on this board was rightly horrified when the Democrats were trampling on the due process right of college men accused of sexual misconduct.   The Fifth Amendment limits on the government apply to its treatment of all persons, not just citizens.

There is no question that the people pushing for this were convinced that the guy would be released and free to go back home to continue abusing his wife. You may have some ethereal erudite view of this, but the protesters and journalists involved in this issue wanted him to be released free and clear, and for ICE and Trump to be rebuked. The goal is to shutdown or delay ALL deportations of anyone.

Your legal points may have some validity in Law. But those points are very far from what the Left is attempting to accomplish. The people you are speaking for do not give a single damn about the 5th amendment or common law processes. Our republic has been dead for 5 years.  Ever since the election was fixed in 2020, America has been dead.  Everything happening in this nation since reinforces that assessment.

Judges running the executive branch with every decision was not how our republic was established.  For them to be this abusive, and that is exactly what the judicial branch is, our government is not functioning on any plane.  Congress does almost nothing.  Literally!    Judges are completely political and make their decisions accordingly.  And every last one of them are lawyers, and I honestly do not know one lawyer that has any integrity.

Of course, integrity is no longer considered a trait that is valued in our nation, and having lawyers controlling all three branches of government is certain doom in my opinion.  The lawyer hasn't been born that I would trust.  Their education makes them the least likely I would ever trust.
