President Donald Trump said Friday he will raise steel tariffs from 25% to 50%—the latest tariff policy change that comes as the president and his administration have frequently flip-flopped its sweeping trade policy in the weeks since “Liberation Day.”

I'm certain he thinks he is "negotiating". But this creates instability, imho.
