The judicial system is becoming as politicized as is the Congress.

Of course, there was always an element of politics in judicial appointments (at all levels), but not to the supercharged degree that it has become today.

We are seeing an increasing number of "blue" judges, extremely left-leaning, no attempts to even pretend to be impartial. It will take decades for them to age out of the system.
