If only America could import some beef from Australia without them pesky tariffs.

I’m confused, what I got from what I read was that it was feed and fuel/transportation costs that were the primary reasons for price increases….how are those affected by tariffs on other countries? Are we imorting cattle feed from other countries? Fuel?
