Great list overall.  Should be widely circulated.

But, about the second item:  Why does Trump's Ukraine policy seem tailor made to support the accusation that he is a Russian asset?

I've heard the explanation that he doesn't know the difference between Zelensky and Poroshenko, and blames Zelensky for Poroshenko's misdeeds connected with Hunter Biden's position on the Burisima board and Vindman's role his impeachment, but that would support the other accusation against Trump: that he is abysmally stupid.
