DHS Chief Kristi Noem Torches Democrat Dan Goldman: ‘To See You Fight for Terrorist’ Kilmar Abrego Garcia is ‘Extremely Alarming’

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem torched Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) for defending Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien deported to El Salvador after he was accused of MS-13 gang membership.

During a House Homeland Security Committee hearing Wednesday, Goldman repeatedly advocated on behalf of Abrego Garcia, who has not only been accused of MS-13 gang membership but is also being investigated for human trafficking and was twice accused by his wife of domestic abuse.

Noem, as she has stated before, said Abrego Garcia is in his home country, and if he were to return to the United States, DHS would deport him again.

When Goldman asked Noem, “What steps have you taken to return Mr. Abrego Garcia?” the secretary replied:

    It’s got to be extremely discouraging to be one of your constituents, to see you fight for a terrorist like this and not fight for them is extremely alarming to me and I’m sure it is to your constituents.

Democratic California Rep. Eric Swalwell warned Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem that he has a "bullsh--- detector" during a heated exchange about a photo of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an El Salvadoran citizen who the Trump administration deported.

Swalwell was grilling Noem about a photo of Abrego Garcia’s hand that shows alleged MS-13 tattoos during a Homeland Security budget hearing in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday.

"I want you to have credibility and I want you to be taken seriously. Is this doctored or is it not?" Swalwell asked, referring to the photo that President Donald Trump shared on social media. Swalwell was asserting that the letters "M," "S" and the numbers "1" and "3" above the tattoos were edited onto the photo.

Noem tried to respond, saying that the deportation of Abrego Garcia was based off an investigation, not a photo, but was interrupted by Swalwell.

On one of these boards, it was mentioned that during Clinton's presidency, legislation was passed that did not require anyone here illegally to receive any form of due process in the court, that they were to be removed from the country with no fanfare whatsoever.  So what is it?

I say that anyone and everyone that enters the country illegally has no rights.  ZERO.  No courts, no need for holding facilities.  Fly them out upon capture.  And we need a law that say if you return a 2nd time or more illegally, that each time you get 3 years in prison, and then immediate deportation.  Enough already.

Rep. Delia Ramirez (D-IL), the daughter of an illegal migrant, used a hearing today to berate Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem and demand her resignation.

“In my state, let me be clear, you are not welcome,”  Ramirez told Noem before demanding her resignation. “You have betrayed the sacred fundamentals of your oath, and I believe to my core that you are not fit to hold the office,” she claimed. “And I again, to your face, demand your immediate resignation, and I put and place it on the record for all of us to see.”

Rodriquez’s mother was pregnant with her when she arrived in the United States. Her subsequent birth in the United States provided Rodriguez with the full status of citizenship, and so she is legally and socially entitled to demand anything she wants of American politicians, including Noem’s resignation.

CNN reported Ramiriez’s story in 2023:

    “I am the wife of a DACA recipient. I am the daughter of Guatemalan working immigrants. I know firsthand the challenges and constant fear our families live every single day,” Ramirez tells reporters.

    According to the story Ramirez grew up hearing, when her mom crossed the Rio Grande, strong currents nearly swept her away. She’d hidden her pregnancy from others on the journey, but in that moment she called out in desperation, “Help! Help! Save me! Save my daughter!” A man did, Ramirez says, but after that day, her mom never saw him again.

On Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the Department of Justice argue against the current practice of awarding citizenship to the U.S.-born children of illegal migrants.

Ramirez’s husband was still an illegal migrant in mid-2024, according to a Politico report from June of that year.

Rep Swalwell is one of the many clowns in America that does not need to wear makeup. 

And IMHO, no one born elsewhere should have the right to run for national office.  The notion that Rep Ilhan Omar came to the USA illegally, gained citizenship and then election to the House make the Congress a total mockery of sound government.

And there should be a rule that says anyone involved with a foreign spy be banned from holding national office.  I consider Swalwell a traitor.
