Senate bill to allow death penalty for illegal immigrants who kill Americans

WASHINGTON (Gray DC) - A group of U.S. Senators want to subject undocumented immigrants who commit murder to the death penalty.

Led by Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), the bill would make it easier to sentence convicted murders who are in the country illegally to death.

“What we are doing here today is announcing a bill that will provide the option of the death penalty to a federal prosecution against an illegal alien for killing an American citizen,” he said.

It’s called the Justice for American Victims of Illegal Aliens Act. The bill would add illegal immigration status as a factor to be considered in federal cases when deciding if the death penalty should be applied for a person who’s convicted of murder.


“This bill will send the kind of deterrent to reduce the number of unnecessary deaths in our country,” said Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.).

Cornyn says the bill would codify an executive order President Donald Trump signed in January.

“We have to still deal with the millions of people that the Biden administration has let in. Republicans in Congress, we have to do our part. We have to do it to ensure more American blood is not shed at the hands of criminals who shouldn’t be here in the first place,” said Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.).

I hope judge Bozoberg has Depends on when he hears this because he is going to sh*t himself.  He, or one of the cabal in black robes will say the law isn't equal with Americans.  But then neither is releasing criminals from jail (and without due process) just because they are in a sanctuary city but that doesn't seem to make any difference to them.
