The 119th Congress began on January 3, 2025. The success of this Congress to provide Americans with a better immigration policy will be measured by its ability to introduce and pass immigration bills in the categories below.
Mandate E-Verify
This immigration solution makes E-Verify permanent and mandatory within one year, and requires Social Security, Internal Revenue, and Homeland Security to collaborate on a program to identify unauthorized aliens, many of whom also commit some form of identity fraud or theft.
S. 1151, the Accountability Through Electronic Verification Act (Grassley)
This immigration solution makes E-Verify permanent and mandatory for all U.S. employers, phasing-in its use over a period of a few years. (See Enforcement Challenges: It’s illegal to hire an unauthorized worker…but legal to never verify that authorization.)

Limit Birthright Citizenship
