California voters have approved two tax measures, United to House LA (ULA) and Measure A, to fund homeless services and housing initiatives. The measures allocate over $1.5 billion and have created new oversight bodies to manage funds and track progress. The main challenge now is ensuring these oversight structures work efficiently to address homelessness.
