A race-baiting judge in California has decided to kneecap our brave border agents from arresting some of the most violent human beings on Earth and ignored a critical federal law in the process.

As Fox News reported, U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston issued an injunction on Tuesday barring Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents in the Eastern District of California from stopping illegal immigrants without a warrant or proving that the person is a threat to flee before they can get a warrant.

As the outlet notes, Thurston’s ruling comes after several individuals were arrested in January during Border Patrol’s “Operation Return to Sender.” This was just part of President Trump’s smashing success in removing illegal aliens from the interior while locking down the southern border.

Unsurprisingly, the Marxist American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) imitated the lawsuit to defend the illegals. They claimed in their suit against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem and CBP officials that Border Patrol agents utilized racial profiling to ‘unconstitutionally’ detain people over the span of a week.

Good luck.  Too many halfwit lolbertarians are more concerned about the process than anything else.  If this woman ordered the government to dissolve the CBP, they would expect the administration to open the borders until SCOTUS issued a ruling sometime in 2028.
