House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries appears to be trying out the “cognitively unfit” line on President Donald Trump.

The problem is that he had absolutely nothing to say about the mental fitness of former President Joe Biden, who reportedly had to be strong-armed out of the 2024 race by his own party so they could run someone who might be able to win. (Spoiler Alert: That didn’t work either.)

The ironic accusation came on Tuesday’s episode of The MeidasTouch Podcast when co-host Ben Meiselas recalled several moments in which he says Trump’s own fitness could be questioned.

Jeffries was only too happy to jump on that bandwagon.

“Trump spent the last year-and-a-half questioning the cognitive ability of President Joe Biden,” Jeffries responded, “notwithstanding many of the legislative accomplishments that Donald Trump could only wish he got over the finish line; and so, I think it’s fair that a lot of Americans across the country that I run into are questioning whether Donald Trump is actually fit, at this point, to be able to carry out the duties of the United States of America, in terms of being the president and the commander-in-chief.”

The Democratic Party strategy from 21 to 24 was to tell the American people they’re not seeing what they’re seeing  and not experiencing what they’re experiencing

It was painfully obvious that there was something wrong with Biden, and that he was mentally unfit for office. Anyone who suggested that during that time was quickly attacked.

Then they couldn’t hide it anymore after that disastrous June debate. Yet he still remained in office.

Rep Jeffries, the male version of Kamala Harris, literally never uttering anything intelligible, has zero credibility.

In 2020, when Biden was running for POTUS, it was clearly evident to me that he was not fit to be POTUS, or hold any office.  In my eyes, he was completely senile.  That certainly is not Donald Trump.  Even now, Trump has more energy than any POTUS in my 71 years.  For Rep Jeffries to level this nonsensical accusation just further reduces him.  To put it bluntly, he is an idiot.

I hope Rep Jeffries remains as head of the Democommies in the House.  He literally brings nothing to the party.  A true empty suit.

Trump has a lot of energy, but some dementia patients are like that.  It makes them very difficult to manage.  Biden I think was a more typical case, which explains why he delegated everything to his progressive white house staff.
