Supreme Court justices are subject to the same laws as everybody else.If you don't want to get arrested for felony jaywalking, don't feloniously jaywalk.
That was a dumb response by Leavitt. I cannot imagine anyone on the Supreme Court doing something that would result in their arrest for a felony. Not knowing what a woman is, is not a felony. Your wife going off and doing something is not a felony for the justice. The rhetoric is getting moronic.
