China won't let Apple leave.  If Apple leaves, Chi-coms will steal Apple's intellecual property to create and market a knock-off.

Where's the new manufacturing as assembly going to take place?  India.  Bangladesh.  Vietnam?  Thailand?

Apple needs some place without pesky labor and environmental laws.  North Korea, perhaps?
