U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg recently refused to grant the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) an emergency order blocking deportations under the Alien Enemies Act. The ACLU sought a 30-day period for individuals facing deportation to challenge their removal. Boasberg sympathized with their concerns but claimed he lacks the authority to issue a nationwide temporary restraining order.

 :bsflag: If he can wrongly overrule the POTUS, he can for sure overrule the supreme court.
