I will state my position once again:
It's up to Mr. Trump to literally re-define the relationship that exists between the federal courts and the Executive -- both for today and for the future.
That means defying the orders of trial-court judges who usurp power that is not and should not be "theirs".
Force the issue upwards.
If it gets to the level of the Supreme court, then Mr. Trump may have to take a stand there, too.
Again, this relationship CANNOT be defined by judges, nor by "justices".
It's up to Mr. Trump to state what the terms are and will be.
If the courts don't agree, let them say so.
But even then, it will not be their decision.
Rather, it will be up to the Congress.
You know what that means.
