Nice to see that nothing has changed with the ACLU, that they will always put illegal aliens ahead of Americans

Donald Trump Hit by New Migrant Deportation Lawsuit

Dresident Donald Trump is facing another lawsuit over his invocation of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 (AEA) to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.

An emergency motion filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) on Saturday requests a temporary restraining order on the deportation of migrants from Colorado, as well as 30 days’ notice of any intent to remove them.

The lawsuit states that the individuals are at imminent risk of being removed from the United States under the law, which was originally designed to remove foreign nationals deemed threats to national security.

It adds that the individuals are at risk of being sent to places such as El Salvador, where they face “life-threatening conditions, persecution, and torture.”
