Major Blow to Anti-Trump Judges From Supreme Court

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) argued that such rulings have grown rapidly since the 1960s, with 64 out of 96 issued since 2001 targeting President Donald Trump. He maintained that this trend has constrained executive powers more than in previous administrations. Issa said, “This is not new, but it is not old. For 180 years of our nation, there were no such injunctions.”
