Washington, D.C. – Liberals are in a frenzy over the Supreme Court’s unanimous April 10, 2025, ruling ordering the Trump administration to “facilitate” the return of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran migrant erroneously deported to El Salvador on March 15, 2025. But in their rush to celebrate, they’ve overlooked a critical line in the decision that underscores the limits of judicial power—and conservatives are calling them out for it. The ruling, while a setback for the administration, doesn’t guarantee Garcia’s return and leaves his ultimate fate in limbo, especially given his suspected MS-13 ties.

He has no right to be here

Exactly.  Administration can ignore any return facilitating.  The SCOTUS has no recourse or standing.  That is exactly why the ruling was so carefully worded.  Both sides can claim a win and bottom line is that this illegal immigrant will not be returning.
