'Woke' Snow White star Rachel Zegler was supported by axed Scream actress Melissa Barrera this week amid the reboot's box office failure.The $270million remake of the 1937 classic starring Zegler, 23, has been beset by multiple controversies including the actress panning the original film for its 'sexist' traditional romance plot and adding 'free Palestine' to an X post plugging the film.Amid the reboot's failure to launch at the box office and an explosive Variety piece alleging Zegler's X post spiked death threats towards her co-star Gal Gadot, Barrera declared Zegler 'deserves better' in a scathing comment.Barrera - who was sacked from the Scream franchise for remarks she made about the conflict between Israel and Palestine that some deemed antisemitic - reshared a post which read: 'Disney is scapegoating Rachel Zegler for the failure of Snow White because she spoke up for Palestinians. She has trashed Trump and his supporters in a very personal way. Now she is showing herself to be a pro-Hamas supporter. Just WOW!Who is left who can go see her movie? Jeez ... I guess she hates almost every normal average middle-class family in America. What a nightmare this 'activist' is for Disney. She is in a hole and she just keeps digging.
