Off to SCOTUS as I think must of us saw this coming.

Any bets on how Roberts and Barrett are going to rule? 

I'm still trying to understand why, oh why we're wasting money on these gang bangers.  They are NOT U.S. citizens, therefore they should have no rights under our Constitution.  Immediate deportation should have occurred without hesitation in the first place.
