An insider explained: “It’s basically a rubber stamp. And its regular use in the Biden administration begs the question of who was in control of the device while he was in office.

For years in this forum, I've referred to it as "the hidden politburo".

I am for automation, but not for the chief executive of this nation.  Screw that nonsense.

Whether it needs to be a law or Constitutional amendment, the in-person Presidential signing of Congressional legislation needs to be witnessed by some members of the:

- US House
- US Senate
- US Supreme Court
- and some Executive Cabinet Secretaries

 so it is witnessed in-person my representative members of all three branches of Government.
 
And there should be a signed document by all in-person witnesses representing the Executive, Legislative, and Judicical Branches under penalty of perjury and/or impeachment.

Executive Orders should be signed and witnessed in-person by the US President and the Cabinet Secretary who will be executing it.

No Auto Pen for Laws, Executive Orders, and Pardons.

Pardons need to be limited to convictions and/or conduct that occurred before the current President took office to eliminate some conflict of interest for Executive Power.
