Because they’re a small nation and they want to be acknowledged as a peacemaker.” Witkoff said of a country that serves as a state sponsor of every Islamic terrorist group from the Taliban to Hamas, and which harbored the mastermind of 9/11.

All of you arm chair warrior "usual suspects" are unable to grasp the simple strategy of not publicly demonizing any party to the negotiation while at the same time, trying to attain an end to the shooting between them.

So you have no problem calling Putin a "nice guy" and "good faith" negotiator with all the dead bodies laying around him, including those who mysteriously die in prison or "accidentally" fall out of windows in tall buildings?

And I guess that "publicly demonizing" idea doesn't apply to Zelensky, right?

What should have President Trump done after the belligerent tantrum your boy Zelensky threw for the cameras?

VP Vance reacted to Zelensky's reneging and false bravado.  He was invited to the Oval Office to SIGN the Agreement to which he had already pledged.

Zelensky met privately with a group of Democrats just before he arrived at the White House.

I listened to the whole fiasco. Vance started it. And since there had been a couple of foreign leaders earlier in the week whose meetings/negotiations weren't televised (just the press conferences) I am forced to think that it was a planned attack.
