President Trump issued a memo Friday rescinding the security clearances of more than a dozen individuals, including former President Joe Biden and his entire family, former Vice President Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton.

“I have determined that it is no longer in the national interest for the following individuals to access classified information,” Trump wrote in the memo to the heads of executive departments and agencies, before naming those he’s barring from receiving classified information.
 
 
The list includes his three past presidential election opponents — Clinton, Biden and Harris — as well as Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Totally agree but aren't election laws controlled by the individual States?

Seems like the only path to take would be as he did with the governor of Maine recently pertaining to 'men' competing with girls in sports and utilizing the same baths and showers.  Cut off all federal funds to the State.

From my understanding there are federal election laws which the states must follow and each state has its own election law rules.

Constitutionally, the election laws are set by the respective state legislatures. Objection to the shenanigans of 2020 hinged on election law changes that were made and implemented by a host of  people who were NOT in the Legislature, and, as such, were unconstitutional.

No kidding!

We are living in an incredible moment in history. We have a POTUS who is not only doing what he said he would do, but in the process he is dismantling the 100 year progressive effort to have the country run by unelected tenured bureaucrats along with the corrupt money laundering that has become a mainstay of the Rat party. On top of that this same POTUS is ending the globalist structure that gutted our nation's middle class and is reorienting our defense posture. We are only 60 days into this administration and it is already historic.

I've waited all my life to see this and still can't believe how quickly it's happening.
