So you purchase with a 'land contract'???  So technically you would purchase the Tesla home and then rent the land?

NO!! That's crazy.   As citizens we need as many people to own homes and land.  Very important.  While the initial cost might be appealing to some, they need to realize that the land upon which their 'affordable' dwelling sits on isn't theirs. 

How many municipalities are going to allow 'tiny' homes, or is that going to become the norm because land will become scarce and homes very expensive?

I noticed also scanning the video the factory production of this Tesla is all robotics.  So ... now we're putting people out of work.

Not a fan of what to me is a scam in the long run.

So many of those who dwell in 'mobile homes' rent the space they sit on. "Lot rent" is common in such 'communities', if they are not renting the trailer, too.

We have systematically been putting folks out of work in the USA for 60 to 70 years.

Trump is committed to that right now, despite his empty rhetoric.  He ran in 2016 with a key plank of ending the H1-b Visa Program, which has displaced 1.6 million high paying positions for US citizens.  Now, he promises tech billionaires in Silicon Valley to dramatically increase the numbers. 

And most on these boards cheer him for this.  It is wrong, and this mindset along with the influx of tens of millions across the southern border have two primary goals.  To reduce the cost of both white and blue collar labor, and to marshal control of future voters.  Both political parties are guilty of betraying the American citizenry, and I am sick of it.
