The team of Corrado Malanga,  Armando Mei, Filippo Biondi and Nicole Ciccole have released information on the SAR scan done on the Giza plateau and in particular the underground of the Khafre pyramid. This is part of the Khafre Research project using satellite technology.

That is interesting. Thanks for posting it. I'm curious to see how the tomographic interpretations could be verified.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Knowing how the Egyptian government has handled things in the past they are likely to put the kibosh on much further research.

You can’t blame them, they are worried that some fool will trigger the curse and Imhotep will reanimate to carry out the curse. And keep, the Tana leaves locked up!

How is that even possible?  The Giza Plateau is only about 200 feet above sea level.  They built stuff 2000 feet below that?

That is a good question. I don't know if the scans can detect if they are filled with water or are dry.

Egyptian 'sandhogs'...(Caisson workers, like those who worked under pressure to dig the foundations of the Brooklyn Bridge. The 'bends' were identified in the workers, of which fourteen died.)
