A bombshell scandal just erupted, exposing Neera Tanden, former White House Staff Secretary under Joe Biden, as the mastermind behind a brazen autopen signature scheme that could unravel Biden’s legacy—and Trump supporters are cheering the exposure. Reports, led by the Oversight Project and covered by me last week, reveal Tanden allegedly abused Biden’s autopen to sign critical documents, including pardons, while Biden golfed in St. Croix on December 30, 2022, per Newsweek and The Washington Post. Six individuals, including Biden’s family, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and the January 6 Committee, received pardons then—raising red flags that Biden, labeled “an elderly man with a poor memory” by Special Counsel Robert Hur, wasn’t present or aware, as President Donald Trump declared on X, “Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!” Trump’s now calling these pardons “null and void,” and Tanden’s at the center of the storm.

Congress needs to pass a law or Constitutional amendment to require an actual Presidential signature on official documents.  DOJ opinions be damned.

Tenden should be indicted for each instance on fraud charges.  I say she should spend the rest of her life behind bars.
