Biden Illegal Arrested for Beating Own Baby to Death on Long Island

A Guatemalan illegal alien who was released into the U.S. by the Biden administration has been arrested for beating his own newborn baby to death on Long Island, NY, according to reports.

Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin, 20, was taken into custody on Wednesday amid an investigation into the killing of a 2-month-old baby girl on March 7 at a residence in Inwood, a hamlet in Nassau County.

Authorities received a 911 call at around 10:40 p.m. that night and officers responded to a report about a child who was choking after “rolling off the bed,” the Nassau County Police Department (NCPD) explained in a press release.

The child was rushed a local hospital and then transferred to another hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.

“Further investigation revealed that the infant was the victim of an assault which caused her fatality. The infant has been identified as Liseyda Rabanales – Barrios,” NCPD said.

Did they get a federal judge to thoroughly review the case and grant arrest approval before taking him into custody? :whistle:
