A Colony Ridge salesperson told undercover journalists they are open to selling land to foreigners looking to settle in the development.Colony Ridge representatives told undercover journalists that they do not check the citizenship status of those seeking to buy land in the Liberty County development.
According to the employees, the development is open to bulk land sales to foreign buyers.
Sales representative Sandy Moreno also revealed to Project Veritas journalists that Chinese investors have expressed interest in the development.
“We can negotiate that,” said Moreno when asked if they would be open to selling land in bulk to foreigners to settle Colony Ridge.
