Sooner than later we are going to have a constitutional crisis, unless the SCOTUS reigns in the district judges. At the critical point Pres. Trump is going to be forced to choose between what's right for America and is clearly a constitutional article 2 executive power and what a judge says. Pres. Trump will probably do what's right and the SCOTUS will discover that if they don't support Pres. Trump they will not only lose all credibility, but will discover they don't have the power to enforce their will.
I think a lot of these judges know they are stepping way out of bounds and are trying to find ways to avoid the conflict.
