This is absolute insanity.
Modern medicine (at least of a surgical nature) and much dental care would become impossible without anesthetics.
So... here's another "Fishrrman First" for you.
I absoutely claim to be the first person in the country to promulgate this:
It's time for a "right to use and accept anesthetic treatements" in America.
This should be codified into U.S. Law (and perhaps state laws as well), signed by the president.
The law should guarantee that manufacturers can produce anesthetics of all types.
It should guarantee that doctors and dentists have the right to use anesthetics of their choice.
It should guarantee that individuals have the right to request and receive anesthetics for the medical and dental procedures they need.
Such rights will extend to corporations, hospitals, medical providers, and individuals.
Such rights will not be subject to abrogation by any state or local governments.
How's that?
As I've proposed before (regarding "right to extract and use energy" laws...
... If we don't do this FIRST, and pre-empt the leftists, we may end up with them passing laws to the contrary instead.
