The sad thing here is that the company, Enel, is a large European conglomerate, and simply abandoned its US and Canadian customers, despite its ability to offer buybacks or refund existing orders. It's just taking the money, locking the doors and ripping out the lines, and hiding behind some "third party" company brought into to wind down remaining issues.
