Biden Accuser Tara Reade Is 'Angry' She's Being Ignored By Republicans
Tara Reade, the former Democratic staffer who accused former President Joe Biden of sexual assault, is seeking $100 million in damages as part of a new legal complaint filed Monday against the Biden administration's "weaponization."
An amended tort complaint, filed February 24 to the FBI legal counsel in Washington, accuses the FBI, Department of Justice (DOJ), former U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and former FBI Director Christopher Wray, of "violating [Reade's] state and federal constitutional rights."
The original tort complaint filed for the period between April 4, 2019, and January 20, 2025, never received a formal response from Biden's DOJ. Reade originally sought $10 million in damages.
"I think the lawsuit's going to just kind of show the Deep State; how the Biden administration was able to manipulate Western media pretty well using money and other means," Reade told Newsweek on Monday, referencing the Hunter Biden laptop story.
