No surprise here. Liberals are obsessed with sex, and so this is just the predictable result of a policy of "inclusion" for the sexually perverted.
It reminds me of when I was still a college professor. I watched the campus become a mini Sodom and Gomorrah, aided by the administration. I used to comment to my colleagues that when I first became a professor we were interested in improving students' ability to reason, so that they would build strong internal governors that resisted the compulsion to satisfy their basic hedonistic desires. By the time I retired we were almost entirely focused on accommodating hedonism at the expense of properly educating students.
Apparently, the bureaucracy of the US government was doing the same.
