Democrat Governor Tony Evers accused of 'erasing women' by suggesting outrageously woke change to the word 'mother'

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers, a Democrat, is facing criticism after proposing a budget that would replace terms like 'mother' with 'inseminated person' and 'paternity' with 'parentage' in certain sections of state law.

The 2025-2027 budget proposal, introduced by the state Senate's Joint Committee on Finance, also recommends replacing gendered terms such as 'wife' and 'husband' with 'spouse.'

Additionally, references to 'father' would be changed to 'parent,' and 'mother' would be substituted with 'parent who gave birth to the child.'

The proposal has sparked backlash, with Wisconsin radio host Dan O'Donnell calling the changes 'beyond parody' in a post on X.

Wisconsin Rep. Tom Tiffany called out Evers for 'attempting to sneak [the terminology] into a thousand-page budget bill.

'This isn't just crazy — it's an insult to women who give birth and raise children,' he said in a post on X.

Other X users were equally as outraged. Author Lauren B. Jones wrote, 'It literally feels like Democrats are trying to erase women.'

'Why are they doubling down on an incredibly stupid and unpopular issue?' said another user.

Determined to Lose: Dem Gov. Supports Replacing 'Mother' With 'Inseminated Person'

Democrats still have not learned a thing after their resounding losses on election day.

In their latest effort to police language, destroy the nuclear family, and diminish women’s roles as caregivers, Wisconsin Democrat Gov. Tony Evers and fellow Wisconsin Democrats filed an executive budget bill where the word “woman” is replaced by “inseminated person.”

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported Saturday that the bill was filed by the Joint Committee on Finance and addresses several issues for fiscal years 2025 to 2027.
 

Per the Sentinel, the words “spouse” and “person” replaced words like “mother,” “father,” “husband,” and “wife” in the bill.

The outlet noted that the phrase “the husband of the mother” was replaced in a section concerning artificial insemination with the phrase “the spouse of the inseminated person.”

 :laughingdog:That has some interesting possibilities.  Mother's Day becomes Inseminated Person's Day.  Mary, mother of Jesus becomes Mary, Inseminated Person of Jesus.  People can't use the phrase mother load because it would properly be Inseminated Person's Load.  Russia would no longer talk about the mother country without properly referring to the Inseminated Person's Country.  Yelling Mother F*cker becomes a more tolerable Inseminated Person F*cker.

Wow!  The possibilities are endless.  Those democrats really know how to connect with the general populace.
