SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Anti Elon Musk protesters crowded the sidewalk outside the Tesla dealership in San Francisco Monday. Chanting things like, “Hey-hey, ho-ho, Trump and Musk have got to go,” protesters waved signs emblazoned with anti-Musk messaging like ‘Don’t Buy Nazi Cars,” “Our Democracy is Not a Startup,” and “No One Voted for Elon Musk.”

The demonstration was part of a national day of protest taking place across the country on the Presidents’ Day holiday Monday.

“The Bay Area has long known who Elon Musk truly is, and his new venture, his foray into fascism, needs to be stopped,” read a statement from the group behind the Tesla protest. The statement called for people to join in a nonviolent rally and “sign holding meetup” outside the dealership, “to let the entire city know that supporting Elon Musk is bad for Democracy, and to remind our entire community that his dangerous actions won’t be tolerated.”

Yesterday I had an informant infiltrate one of the protests at Tesla dealerships and they told her a few things:
1. These protests are only happening in contested congressional districts
2. They’re being funded by 501c4 charities being given dark money from Democrat politicians of these districts
3. They’re organized through facebook groups since 𝕏 is monitored by pro Elon people
