Trump Need Not Bend To The 19-State Lawfare Coup Trying To Thwart His Treasury

The president, as the chief executive officer of the country, is not obligated to heel every time an out-of-control federal judge jerks his leash.

he opening sentence of Article II of the U.S. Constitution is straightforward and grants one person, the president, broad powers: “The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.”

Nineteen rebellious states are now attempting to usurp that executive power, which the Constitution vests solely in the president. This case, which seeks to wrest control of the Department of the Treasury away from President Trump and Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, is part of the ongoing campaign of lawfare by which the Democrats seek to frustrate the will of a majority of voters and states, thereby overturning the results of the presidential election. They have been aided and abetted thus far by a pliable, low-level federal judge in New York. The case is now proceeding with another judge. We shall see. ...

"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

In the end all the Rat lawfare will only serve to empower and cement the Chief Executive's authority over the executive branch. Pres. Trump will not ignore the courts, but like with the spending freeze he will circumvent the rulings until a real judge over rules the activist judges.

The Rats don't realize how popular Pres. Trump's actions are. We've been crying for real reform since before the TEA party. The Pub establishment loyalists are going to have to quickly get on board as well or they will also be swept away.
We have a beach head. Now it's time to win the war and save the Republic.

  • Ah, the air is so much fresher here...
What I'm tired of is the unbound authority of shopped judges to do as they please. They should have power only within their jurisdictions, not nationwide, and certainly not on cases outside their territory.

The Treasury case is the perfect example. There was already a court decision I believe in the DC circuit where they designated two people to have access to Treasury documents. Then this New York judge fueled on by AG Letitia James got an ex parte ruling without any jurisdiction.

Why is that allowed to happen? That ruling should have no effect whatsoever.
The Republic is lost.

Roberts et al could correct that but don't hold your breath
