As we sit and watch all of these things unravel, it is unfortunate that no one yet has been actually held accountable.

Perhaps I am being impatient as our AG was just appointed.  People have been laid off and fired which is a good thing, but there are people who need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

150 years ago or so, you stole a loaf of bread, you were given the death penalty.  No appeal process, executed within days.

We are long overdue to impose the death penalty for those white collar criminals that steal a sum above a certain amount.

To put it bluntly, the following should have received the death penalty SWIFTLY in my view:

Michael Milken
Bernie Madoff
Ivan Boesky

...and 100s of others.

My view, anyone that steals another person's house should receive the death penalty.  The stinking FBI, an agency not worth a good BM, who should take positive actions against these people, do next to nothing.  Too concerned about irate parents at school board meeting long tired of the UGLY TRUTH their children are NOT being educated.

And anyone stealing $100,000+ should face the death penalty, and not 25 years later, but the next day at sunrise upon receiving the sentence.  You want deterrence, start executing people PUBLICLY for death penalty crimes.

I'm with you there. It could be that they are still tracing all that money down through the various shell corporations and such, though.  We'll see.

It was nice to see the FEMA CFO was fired for the NY Hotel money transfers. That gives me hope that there will be a comeuppance.

Probably the one thing slowing investigations of criminal wrong doing is Kash Patel hasn't been confirmed and the FBI needs to be cleaned out before getting to deep into these investigations.

I agree with you on the FBI. It needs to be cleaned out. I don't recall any of the lower level agents refusing to investigate parents who wanted their children educated and not indoctrinated. I remember the excuse that was used in the past, "I was just following orders". If law enforcement doesn't have the integrity to refuse obviously unethical orders what good are they?

Trump is certainly moving at warp speed.  Unfortunately, I think many of his e.o.'s will find him and his team in an out of court.
