This is absolutely insane.   The judges that keep wanting to bring down America is becoming pretty obvious.

When a kid reaches legal age they can then decide on this surgery. IMHO it should be later in life, but if they are legal I guess they can make their own stupid decisions. A judge doing this is crazy.
