The President of the United States has ALL federal executive power under Article II of the Constitution.
Courts can stop him if he tries to steal power from other branches, like Biden did with student-loan forgiveness.
But activist judges stopping the President from exercising executive power—like auditing Treasury payments or recalling foreign-service officers—is a radical, dangerous, and unacceptable assault on the Constitution.
The appellate courts must immediately stay these lawless, ex parte TROs.
The Supreme Court must prepare itself to use the emergency docket to avert a constitutional crisis.
Congress must use its power of oversight and the purse to stop these lawless politicians in robes from subverting the will of American voters.
When courts lose their legitimacy, they lose their funding.
