BREAKING: Federal Judge Orders Trump Admin to Restore Gender Ideology Websites

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump Administration to restore the gender ideology webpages it deleted.

US District Judge John Bates of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, a George W. Bush appointee, ordered Trump to restore the pages by midnight tonight.

Last month, President Trump scrubbed public health websites of all things related to “gender ideology.”

A group dubbed Doctors For America sued the Office of Personal Management and numerous government agencies, claiming the removal could prevent doctors from helping patients.

Judge Bates agreed with Doctors for America and ordered the extremist ideology to be restored.

“Defendants shall, in consultation with Plaintiff, identify any other resources that DFA members rely on to provide medical care and that defendants removed or substantially modified on or after January 29, 2025, without adequate notice or reasoned explanation; and defendants shall, by February 14, 2025, restore those resources to their versions as of January 30, 2025,” Judge John Bates wrote in an order reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

The order followed a 90-minute hearing Monday on Doctors for America’s bid to win a temporary restraining order restoring the pages and blocking the agencies “from removing or substantially modifying” other datasets to implement the executive order.

What does anyone expect of a Bush appointed judge?  Bush was as liberal as Republicans get.

Trump needs to be patient and continue to fight the lawfare directed at him and his team.  They will not win every battle, but they will win most in my opinion.

The past participle of hang when referring to a method of execution is hanged, even though the past participle for other meanings of the verb is hung.  Isn't English a wonderful language?
