Random federal judges in blue state backwaters have no authority to unilaterally dictate who the President may talk to or what data he can access. John Roberts and SCOTUS have two options here: they can bring these inferior malcontents to heel, or they can get used to the President simply ignoring these inferior courts or Congress eliminating them entirely.

Congress created these inferior courts so the Supreme Court wouldn’t have to deal with every federal case by itself. But if these rogue inferior judges are going to routinely issue lawless decisions that the Supreme Court has to deal with anyway, Congress would be well within its rights to just eliminate them.

Roberts and SCOTUS can immediately put these lawless judges in their place, or Roberts can watch his caseload go up 1000x and his court’s precious perceived legitimacy crater overnight.

The age of tolerating this nonsense is over.

I am 98% sure Roberts has been comprised since he was named CJ.  Look at his decision history.....   Every close and critical case has had him veer left.  They have something on him, and in this new era, I hope it comes to light, and we are able to deal with it.

BREAKING: Judge John McConnell, the crook who ordered the Trump administration to unfreeze Inflation Reduction Act funds, disclosed that he owns $250,000 stock in a company that received $75 million from the Act.

This is the most egregious conflict of interest ever.

This judge should be IMPEACHED and kicked from overseeing any future cases related to this administration.

The "authority" of individual federal judges (at the trial court level) vis-a-vis the authority of the executive must be redefined by a new executive doctrine.

The courts -- all the way up to the Supreme Court -- will have no recourse but to follow the doctrine.
It will be up to Congress to decide whether it stands, or not.

With respect to federal judges, under Article I of the U.S. Constitution, the House of Representatives has the power to impeach and the Senate the power to hold a trial to determine whether removal is appropriate. The House can impeach a judge with a simple majority vote. However, a judge may only be removed from office following a trial and a vote to convict by a two-thirds majority of the Senate.

That would take courage and a recognition that we are living in a historic moment. Congress doesn't have those qualities. The only reason the most Pubs are supporting Pres. Trump at this point is they know they will be swept out of office if they don't. Watch how they fail us on the budget. It will show who they really are.
