We have always been aware that government unnecessarily obstructs, and that it is wasteful.
However, the extent that others are lining their pockets at the public's expense is being exposed, and frankly, it is even worse than most of us thought.
Oddly enough, those most upset appear to have written themselves checks (directly or indirectly) from the public coffers, so it is no wonder they don't want to admit the problem exists (because to them, it is not a problem, it's a gravy train), nor do they want it corrected.They thought it safely hidden under the accumulated layers of bureaucracy so carefully crafted over decades, impossible to ferret out, and are in shock still over the speed with which those threads are being unraveled. That won't last, and we are seeing the first signs of those selfsame networks regrouping and counterattacking via the courts.
What they don't realize is that daily people are seeking out and finding information on just how much and how badly their money appears to have been pissed away, even while those same people are still struggling with the burdens of inflation and natural disaster.
Leftists have no monopoly on the ability to be enraged at the apparent injustices dealt by government or other entities, and the right is beginning to see, not through a glass darkly, but face to face the damage the Left has done.
No quarter. Ferret them out, prosecute, and strip them of their ill gotten gains.
